It is uncertain whether the\u00a0closure\u00a0\u00a0will\u00a0be\u00a0prolongated\u00a0\u00a0thereafter\u00a0or not.<span class=\"v1v1apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1v1tw-data-text\">After the reopening of the park, we will inform everyone\u00a0 with regard to refunding of\u00a0\u00a0rent\u00a0 because only\u00a0then will we know how long the closed\u00a0period has been.<span class=\"v1v1apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1v1tw-data-text\">For the foundation, this lockdown is financially hard, as with so many entrepreneurs. There is no specific compensation scheme from the government for our foundation as lessor of\u00a0sport facilities, not at the moment and neither is it promised. The general arrangements from the government that exist provide very limited relief. This is in contrast to the\u00a0clubs\u00a0\u00a0on the park which\u00a0were fully compensated for the rental costs when the billiard center and tennis courts were closed during the first lockdown.<span class=\"v1v1apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1v1tw-data-text\">To be clear, the existence of the foundation is not at stake and we will surely continue with our activities in the near future\u00a0, but this closure will of course\u00a0heavily\u00a0affect our financial reserves.<span class=\"v1v1apple-converted-space\">\u00a0Nevertheless we will continue with our plans to renovate the dressing rooms , renovation of the outside courts and building \u00a0two new padelcourts.<br \/>\nWe\u00a0 refer to the section <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parkstartbaan.nl\/parkstartbaan2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8220;Bouwplannen&#8221;<\/a> to get an impression of\u00a0 these new developments!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1v1tw-data-text\">We hope to again welcome you in good health\u00a0 in the not to distant future this year\u00a0.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Park Startbaan has been closed\u00a0 since december 15th 2020 \u00a0due to the coronapandemia.
