Refunds can be made in two ways: reimbursement of the hours not played or settlement of the amount with the invoice for the next winter season.<\/p>\n<p>Just like last year, we use a form for this. The refund must be requested with this form. The administratively laborious settlement will then be taken up in the coming month.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike last year, we charge an administration fee. After all, the many administrative hours also have to be paid.<\/p>\n<p>There is a page dedicated to the refund. Read that page carefully and only then use the form.<\/p>\n<p>The form must be received by us before 15 February.
