Cancelling a booked tennis court  NEW FROM 1 June 2026

A booked tennis court can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellation is no longer possible within 24 hours of the booking date and time.

If a booked tennis court is part of a contract covering the entire summer or winter, early termination or cancellation is not possible. See also the Terms and Conditions of Park Startbaan..

Here’s how to cancel.

Go to the booking page and log in with your email address and password. Click on “My Profile”.

On your personal page, you will find all your bookings. Click on the booking you wish to cancel and click on ‘Cancel’. The steps that follow are self-explanatory.

The amount paid will be refunded to your account via iDEAL-Wero within 24 hours.

Booked by phone at Sportcafé Startbaan?

In that case, the booking made by phone must also be cancelled by phone. This can be done free of charge up to 24 hours before the booking time. After that, payment for the booked court is always due.
