You can cancel a booking up to 24 hours in advance by contacting Sportcafé Startbaan: telephone number 020-6455666

For refunding send an email to: administration@parkstartbaan.nl. The money will be refunded to the bank account within a few days, if the cancellation has been made 24 hours before.
