After approximately 127 years as billiards experts based in Amsterdam’s De Pijp neighborhood, our loyal supplier Wilhelmina Billards has closed its doors.
The two brothers, Paul and Robert, are taking a well-deserved retirement.
We would like to thank Wilhelmina Billards for taking such good care of the tables and for their many helpful suggestions. We wish the two brothers many wonderful years of retirement.
Paul helped us in our search for a new supplier who could also guarantee high quality, and we were successful. Jeroen Meilink and his son, a long-established company specializing in billiards and accessories, will take over the maintenance of the billiard tables. Meilink Biljarts, based in De Goorn, already fitted the carom tables with new cloth on December 5. The first time, they did this together with the Van Oosterhout brothers as a handover. Because those Wilhelmina tables are real monuments in themselves, 50 years old. They need special attention!
We will say goodbye to the van Oosterhout brothers at the New Year’s reception on January 10.
