From 1 June, we are responding to a request from many of our regular customers. From now on, you can cancel a tennis court, padel court or snooker table that you have already booked and paid for yourself. The money will then be refunded to your account within 24 hours via iDEAL/Wero.
Cancellation remains free of charge provided you cancel up to 24 hours before the booking. After that, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please note: cancellation is not possible for long-term contracts that have already been agreed, such as for a whole winter or summer, or a whole quarter.
